The Green Bay Packers are signing quarterback Jordan Loveto a record four-year extension worth $220 million, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
With the reported deal, Love ties Joe Burrow of the Cincinnati Bengals and Trevor Lawrence of the Jacksonville Jaguars as the highest-paid quarterbacks in NFL history in average annual salary ($55 million).
Love's new contract also includes a record $75-million signing bonus and $155 million in full guarantees, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. The 25-year-old is now signed through the 2028 season.
