The Miami Dolphins and Tua Tagovailoa have agreed to terms on a four-year, $212.4-million extension, the quarterback's agency told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The deal includes $167 million guaranteed, Schefter reports.
Tagovailoa's $53.1-million average annual value ranks third among all quarterbacks, per. He trails only the Cincinnati Bengals' Joe Burrowand Jacksonville Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence, who are both on deals averaging $55 million per season.
