World No. 1 smoke show Nelly Korda plummeted down the KPMG Women's PGA Championship leaderboard Friday to miss the cut.
Korda shot the highest round of her LPGA career with a 9-over 81 on Friday after firing a 3-under 69 Thursday. She recorded eight bogeys and a double bogey through 17 holes in her second round before making birdie on 18.
Korda trailed the leader by one stroke at the end of Round 1. She missed the cut by one shot.
