Philadelphia Phillies catcher J.T. Realmuto is set to have surgery on the meniscus in his right knee, the team announced Tuesday.
The procedure is scheduled for Wednesday and the club placed Realmuto on the 10-day IL with no definitive timetable for his recovery.
