The Edmonton Oilers are turning back to goaltender Stuart Skinnerwith their season on the line Saturday night against the Vancouver Canucks.
"I'm excited to get back in the net. I'm excited to get to do my job again," Skinner said, per NHL.com's Mike Zeisberger.
Calvin Pickard started the previous two games for Edmonton after Skinner managed a .793 save percentage over the first three contests of the series. Pickard shined in a Game 4 victory but allowed three goals on 35 shots in a Game 5 loss that gave the Canucks a 3-2 series lead.
