Philadelphia 76ers star James Harden is expected to miss a month due to a tendon strain in his right foot, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Harden was walking with a limp in the locker room and declined to speak to the media after Wednesday's loss to the Washington Wizards, according to Gina Mizell of The Philadelphia Inquirer.
The 10-time All-Star is averaging 22 points, 10 assists, and seven rebounds through nine games this season. Philadelphia is 4-5 to start the campaign despite lofty preseason expectations. Harden's co-star, Joel Embiid, has already missed three of the first nine games due to injury recovery and an illness.
