Philadelphia Phillies president of baseball operations Dave Dombrowski announced superstar outfielder Bryce Harper will have surgery on his ulnar collateral ligament next Wednesday, according to Todd Zolecki of MLB.com.
Dombrowski added the timetable for Harper's return isn't known yet because the team isn't sure if the procedure will be Tommy John surgery.
