New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson is expected to be cleared by doctors next week, which puts him in line to play against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 4, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Wilson underwent surgery after suffering a meniscus tear and bone bruise during the preseason. Jets head coach Robert Saleh announced Sept. 7 that Wilson would miss at least the first three games of the regular season.
