New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson is medically cleared to play in Week 4, head coach Robert Saleh announced Wednesday.
Wilson is expected to start Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelersbarring any setbacks.
The 23-year-old has yet to play this season due to a knee injury. He underwent surgery after suffering a meniscus tear and bone bruise in the preseason opener.
