Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was stretchered off the field in the second quarter of Thursday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
The 24-year-old is conscious and has been taken to a local hospital with head and neck injuries.
Tagovailoa's head appeared to hit the turf after he took a sack in the second quarter. He battled back and ankle ailments this week and had been listed as questionable for Week 4.
