The Denver Broncos and Russell Wilson have agreed to a five-year, $245-million contract extension that includes $165 million guaranteed, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Wilson's new deal, which kicks in after the 2023 campaign, will keep him under contract through 2028.
With an average annual value of $49 million, Wilson now only trails Aaron Rodgers for the league's highest-paid quarterback, according to Field Yates of ESPN.
