Seattle Seahawks safety Jamal Adams will undergo season-ending surgery to repair a torn quadriceps tendon, sources told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Adams was hurt while trying to sack Russell Wilson in Monday's win over the Denver Broncos. Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said postgame that the team feared the defensive back had suffered a significant injury.
