Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott will miss several weeks after suffering an injury to his throwing hand in Sunday night's loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones announced, according to Calvin Watkins of the Dallas Morning News.
Prescott will need to undergo surgery on his thumb.
The signal-caller collided hands with a Buccaneers defender while attempting a pass late in the fourth quarter. He jogged to the locker room to get X-rays after having his hand looked at on the sideline.
