Los Angeles Dodgers right-hander Walker Buehler announced on Instagram that he'll undergo Tommy John surgery for the second time in his career.
Buehler was ruled out for the season last week with an elbow injury that kept him sidelined since June.
His most recent MRI was unclear due to the scar tissue from Buehler's first Tommy John operation.
