The PGA TOUR is introducing a new eligibility points list ahead of this year's FedEx Cup playoffs, according to Golf Channel's Rex Hoggard.
The new eligibility standard will be slightly different from the season's ongoing FedEx Cup points list as it will remove suspended players from the rankings.
The purpose of the change was so "that suspended members do not negatively impact other players' tournament eligibility, positioning on the priority rankings or eligibility to compete in the FedEx Cup playoffs
