The Cincinnati Reds have activated first baseman Joey Votto from the injured list, the club announcedFriday ahead of its series opener against the Toronto Blue Jays.
Votto, 38, has been sidelined with COVID-19 since May 3 and said he dealt with symptoms for more than a week after contracting the virus.
