Springer exits after taking pitch to forearm

Toronto Blue Jays outfielder George Springer left Wednesday's game against the Boston Red Sox after he was hit by a pitch. The Blue Jays said Springer suffered a right forearm contusion. X-rays on his right forearm came back negative
