Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Brett Phillips made an eight-year-old girl's dream come true on Tuesday when he hit a home run for her after learning she was battling through a second bout of cancer. Phillips, who isn't much of a power threat in Tampa Bay's lineup, took Oakland Athletics right-hander Jacob Lemoine deep in the third inning for his first homer of the season and just the 24th of his six-year big-league career.
