Panthers clinch 1st playoff spot

The Florida Panthers became the first team to clinch a playoff berth this season after they defeated the Buffalo Sabres 5-3 on Sunday. The win was also a new franchise record, 48 wins. This will be Florida's third straight postseason appearance.
