The Toronto Blue Jays placed outfielder Teoscar Hernandez on the 10-day injured list with a left oblique strain. Infielder Gosuke Katoh was recalled from Triple-A Buffalo in a corresponding move. Hernandez suffered the injury during his at-bat in the sixth inning of Wednesday's game against the New York Yankees.
