Charlie Montoyo extended until 2023

The Toronto Blue Jays have signed manager Charlie Montoyo through the 2023 season. After struggling to a 95-loss season in his rookie campaign as skipper, the Blue Jays finished with 91 wins last year, missing the postseason by one game.
